Sales policy

Most products are made to order with smaller items kept in stock. All orders are usually completed within 1 week. Depending on order size and time of year it will take no longer than 28 days.

Lead times for trade orders are normally 4-6 weeks depending on order size.

Refunds due to cancellation
This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. Your refund will be made by cheque. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.
All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

Returns and refunds outside the 7 day cooling off period
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery after contacting Spinifex of your decision. Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where the goods are returned unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. All goods must be returned by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. Orders will be refunded by cheque. The refund will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

How to cancel outside the 7 day cooling off period
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition

within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods.

Damaged / Faulty Goods on Receipt
If goods are damaged or faulty on receipt, please refuse the package or keep the goods together with the packaging and photograph as proof. Contact us immediately for guidance @ spinifex@lycos.co.uk
